		<description><![CDATA[This is good info, we should all know more about the food choices we make. There are some good (but very hard to swallow, hehe) books about the US food industry. I read one a couple of years ago and have only eaten organic, free range meat since then. It might be a &quot;heavy&quot; subject but it&#039;s also inspiring, thanks for bringing it to our attention.
